David K. McIntosh, 68, of Streator, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2019, at O.S.F. St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
Born June 26, 1950, in Streator, he was the son of Ken and Margaret (Gillespie) McIntosh. He married Patricia McIntosh on May 25, 1972. She preceded him in death on Dec. 14, 2018. He is survived by a son, Jason McIntosh, of Streator, and a daughter, Denise McIntosh, of Streator.
There will be no services. Cremation rites have been accorded. Private burial will be held at a later date in the family plot in Chenoa Cemetery. Solon-Telford Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
